Denver & Colorado Tourism Hall of Fame History
The first Denver & Colorado Tourism Hall of Fame dinner was held in 1999.
Since then, a total of 40 men and women have been inducted into the
Denver & Colorado Tourism Hall of Fame. The purpose of the dinner
is to raise funds for the VISIT DENVER Foundation, which awards scholarships to
Denver students pursing degrees in the field of travel and tourism. Since it was started,
the VISIT DENVER Foundation has awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships.
